I am a Devon girl living in Bristol. I love the city. I can normally be found in a restaurant, a beer garden or a bar with a glass in my hand. You normally hear me before you see me. Outside of my normal 9-5 office job, I eat and I drink.

My wish-list of places to visit is ever-growing, especially in a city as eclectic as this one. However, I love to explore the South West and further afield. The independent food scene is where my heart lies; I am passionate about keeping it local and that is what I aim to cover in my blog.

I like to write about my food experiences. Documenting about dinner club with my friends; my personal favourite picks of where to go to cure that hangover, places to take your parents for lunch  or my ever-awkward first date scenarios (TIP: order what you like, not salad or risotto because it’s “less messy”).

If it is street food, fine-dining, bars, cheap eats, pop-ups or supper clubs – you can normally find me within the vicinity (sipping on a G&T). If you see me out and about, don’t be shy, introduce yourself! I can’t promise we won’t end up doing shots together.

I sometimes write reviews and contributions for Foozie as well, check them out. Or, say hello to me on Twitter and lets be friends @NatalieBrereton
